Coming in 2021: Photographic Scavenger Hunt!
The Indiana University Herbarium is organizing an effort to photograph many species that make up the diverse flora of Indiana. The goal is to engage the public, as citizen scientists, in an effort to capture good quality photos of Indiana species.
Many of the submitted photos will be used on the midwestherbaria.org website to illustrate diagnostic features. They will also be available to the Indiana Native Plant Society for other purposes.
A series of instructional videos is planned to help photographers snap the best possible photos.
