Seeking Student Representation on INPS Council
Indiana Native Plant Society invites qualified students to apply for a year-long position on their leadership Council starting in Spring 2023. These student representatives will:
- attend three of four Council meetings per year in Indianapolis in person,
- be active in the management and oversight of the INPS, and
- provide insights on how to increase student participation in INPS.

How to Apply
- Complete the INPS Student Council Application form, which calls for…
- A 500-word essay on why you want to serve on the Council, including interests in nature/with plants and career plans.
- Obtain a letter of recommendation from a teacher/professor.
- Deadline for submissions is March 10, 2023.

INPS is a statewide organization with regional chapters. The statewide organization, led by the INPS Council, sets policy and direction, hosts major events, and supports the activities of the regional chapters.
