Meeting and Program: Indiana’s Wetland Plants
2:00 p.m., Nora Branch Library, 8625 Guilford Avenue, Indianapolis
The program will be given by wetland ecologist Landon Vine, a Purdue graduate with a degree in Environmental Science.
Landon will discuss basic principles of wetland plants with talk and photos focusing on how to appreciate and learn to identify beautiful native Indiana wetland plants. If you know how to look, you can find some truly beautiful wetland plants right here in Central Indiana.
Come see the best that Indiana’s wetlands have to offer! Free and open to the public. Refreshments at 2:00. Presentation will begin at 2:30. Following the presentation, we have a short Chapter update.
